I can’t get into my workspace#
Use the exact email address on your invitation. If the sign-in page says to check your invitation, open the link in that email or choose Resend invitation email. Check spam and ask an owner or admin to review the pending invitation if it is missing or expired.
If you already have an account but forgot its password, use the password-reset option. A waitlist screen means a workspace is not ready for that address; it is not a password error. If the workspace is suspended, contact the owner rather than repeatedly trying to sign in.
I can see a page but can’t edit#
Check your role with an owner or admin. Members can view settings without being able to change workspace configuration. Contacts, Deals, Tasks, and Fulfillment also have object-level permissions. Members cannot publish workflows or sequences, and cannot create or edit courses.
If a save reports an error, don’t assume it persisted. Keep a copy of any unsaved writing before refreshing, and use the retry action when one is offered.
A contact or deal seems to be missing#
- Confirm you’re in the correct workspace.
- Clear the current search and check filter conditions or the saved view you opened.
- On Deals, check whether View settings hides a stage.
- Try Quick actions to search for the person or opportunity.
A record may also have been deleted or become inaccessible. A link is not proof that you still have access. Don’t recreate it until you’ve checked with a teammate.
Google email or calendar isn’t up to date#
Check Settings → Email and calendar accounts. Syncing means the initial import is still running; Sync failed or Revoked needs attention. Check the selected import window, blocklists, and sharing settings before assuming a message should appear. Follow any connection prompts and see Email & calendar.
A sequence, workflow, or report isn’t doing what I expect#
For sequences, check publication, recipients, sender setup, and the verified sending domain. Suppressed or unsubscribed addresses cannot be sent to. For workflows, check publication and run history; workflows do not have a send-email action. Reports need a valid source, scope, and configuration; a loading or failed value is not zero.
Follow the dedicated guides for Sequences, Workflows, or Reports before changing live settings.
Ask for help with useful context#
Email hello@ariyel.io with your workspace name, the page you were on, what you expected, and the exact error. Include the time and timezone if the issue involves a send or sync. Crop or redact screenshots before sharing.
Never send passwords, authenticator codes, setup keys, API tokens, private invitation links, or unnecessary customer data. For data-handling terms, use the published Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
