Connect apps from Settings so their history lands on your contacts and deals.

On this page

Workspace owners and admins open Settings → Apps to connect tools your team already uses. Each app brings its own history onto matching records. Members can open Apps to see what is connected; only owners and admins can connect or disconnect.

Available apps#

QuoCalls, texts and voicemails from your business phone, on every contact and deal.
DialpadCalls, texts and voicemails from your business phone, on every contact and deal.
SlackPost messages to Slack channels from workflows.

Owners and admins can choose Connect on the Apps list, or open Quo from Available for the full listing; other members see “Ask an owner or admin to connect Quo.” Refusals appear as plain sentences rather than error codes. After you connect, the Apps card shows Connected and Manage. The complete setup and sync guides are on Quo and Dialpad; Dialpad connects the same way.

Quo, Dialpad, and Slack are the apps on the list. Before you connect, a card is tagged New. Slack posts messages from workflows and doesn’t bring history onto records; see Slack. A workspace connects one phone app at a time: while one is connected, the other’s Connect is unavailable and reads Disconnect Quo first or Disconnect Dialpad first. The Connected tab shows the apps your workspace has connected; until you connect one, it says No apps connected yet.

Members see the same list. Manage opens the connected app’s page for everyone, but only owners and admins can change its settings or disconnect.

If Apps can’t load an app’s connection, it says so for that app and offers Retry. That app’s Connect stays unavailable until its connection has loaded.

Google, the API and webhooks#

Google email and calendar aren’t on the Apps list. Each person connects their own Google account under Settings → Email and calendar accounts; see Email and calendar. Access tokens and webhooks live under Settings → Developers; see Developers.
